We take care of the heavy lifting for you. In order to register a domain simply let us know what you'd like and we will check if it's available. If it is, we will quote you for it (the domain registration fee is included in hosting renewals and web design projects). If the domain is not available, we will give you a few close alternatives and work with you until you're happy with an alternative.
If it is a UK domain (i.e. .co.uk, .uk, .org.uk) then it is a simple case of changing the IPSTAG to STACK - and letting us know you have done so. The whole process takes between 12 and 48 hours. If it is a top level domain (i.e. .com, .org, .net), it's a little bit more complex and takes between 3 and 7 days. Each registrar is slightly different and we we will talk you through the process.
Each Domain Registrar is different. Usually, once logged in to where it was registered, you will need to go into the 'advanced' settings within your domain and access the DNS records or Name Servers from there. This can be complex so we can talk and walk you through the process. If you host with us, it's a simple case of dropping an email to email@example.com and we will take it from there.
